Immunizations

The Texas Department of Health has ruled that students must be current with immunizations in order to attend school unless an exemption has been filed with the school in accordance with Texas Education Code.

Medications

Any medication to be given at school must be in the original container from the Pharmacy with the students name on the label. Also, a parent must bring the medicine to school and fill out a Medication Permit.
